Guest Rules
- Smoking inside the accommodation is not permitted. In case of non-compliance, the accommodation will charge a penalty according to legal regulations.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Public parking is subject to local fees.
- Entry is not allowed for guests under 18 years of age.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Reception is open 24/7.
- Preferred payment methods: credit/debit card.
- Check-in from 3:00 pm
- Check-out is until 12:00 pm
- Tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night
- Complaints book available at the local accommodation
- Loss of accommodation keys has additional costs
- Suites can only be used by guests who are properly registered at reception with a valid identification document
- From 9:00 pm to 7:00 am is the period of nightly peace

- It is not allowed to use irons, heating plates, electric heaters or any other heating devices
- In all suites, a "do not disturb" sign is placed. The rule of the local accommodation is that this sign cannot be displayed for more than 24 hours a day. After that period, the local accommodation reserves the right to enter the suite for security and protection reasons.
