PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Who is responsible for personal data? The security of your personal data complies with legal standards, and the provided information adheres to our internal security policies and procedures, which we do not share with third parties for commercial purposes.
For what purposes are your personal data used? The data collected from clients adheres to the principle of necessity in its aspects of adequacy, necessity, and proportionality. We collect your personal data in person, via email, phone, online forms, or through partners at the request of the data subjects. We use the collected information for room reservation processes, lodging contracts, voucher purchases, products, services, treatments, customer management, historical and statistical purposes, client area access, legal compliance, billing, and handling information requests. The processing of personal data is a necessary condition for providing services and product sales. Additionally, we use the collected information to tailor our products and services to our clients, to send information, promotions, and rewards based on stays, and to send satisfaction surveys and quality control feedback, via newsletter, email, SMS, or phone call, upon the request of the data subject. When processing is based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw it at any time. Subsequent withdrawal of consent does not compromise the legality of the processing based on that consent. Personal Data is collected when the client registers on the Site, requests contact or information, purchases a product, or enters into a contract. Common Personal Data such as name, gender, date of birth, phone, mobile, email, address, personal identification number, tax identification number, and other data necessary for service provision or billing are collected.
Who can you contact to access, rectify, or delete the data? The Data Protection Officer can be contacted directly via email at frontdesk@primandproper.pt, to request the right to access, rectify, or delete the data at any time.
For how long are the data stored? Personal data is kept until the purpose for which it was collected is exhausted. In the case of client data, it will be deleted two years after the last interaction with our services.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS
In accordance with Law No. 34/2013, of May 16, and Ordinance No. 273/2012, of August 20, our hotel units may conduct closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance for client protection. Informative notices about the existence of these systems are displayed visibly in the monitored areas.
